A Small but Big Cordon Noir dinner here in Hong Kong. Chef Darrell from Belvedere at InterContinental created eight courses and every one brought us to a new height

Beside Guest Cordon Noirian Judith Khan from Trinidad, there was her friend Jennifer Charles from Canada, fellow Cordon Noir member Hans-Ruedi Nussbaumer (Swiss) and myself, Rudolf Muller 

Founder Jochen was with us over the phone from India and we did had an unforgettable evening which ended with a cross harbor trip on the Star ferry
