Peter Armitage and Tony Rogalsky held a lunch at The Athenaeum Club, Melbourne on 17 April 2015 for 40 guests.
They spoke of: How to eat? Why the mother of pearl spoon? History and activities of Cordon Noir. Tony provided
the farmed caviar from Italy and the Club chef prepared the main course with some local roe for comparison. By show
of hands Vodka was the tipple of choice with the caviar. The learning by the guests was appreciated as much as the nourishment.
